Natalia Alvarez was born and raised in Garden City Kansas and moved to Olathe Kansas in the summer of 2014 to attend Johnson County Community College to pursue an education in fashion design.  She began sewing at the age of 14 when she took her first fashion class as freshman in high school. She continued to take fashion classes throughout high school. She soon began to realize her love for fashion and designing.
